What is my username and password?
All usernames and passwords are unique to each individual user.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the Trident Connect portal login page, you can enter your username and then click on "Forgot Password". The system will ask you to answer your security questions and then it will allow you to re-create your password. You can also reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.
If I had access to the old Online System through Mobilex, will I automatically have access to the new system?
If you had access to the old Mobilex online system and your credentials are active, you can use your credentials to log into the new Trident Connect Online System.
Can I order Employee Exams on Trident Connect?
You cannot order Employee Exams at this time on Trident Connect, those must be phoned in. Later versions of Trident Connect will contain this functionality.
Can I have access to multiple locations with one login?
Yes, access can be provided to multiple locations and/or an entire Corporation with one login.
My Medical Director/Attending Physician and/or Non Physician Practitioner would like access, how do I get him/her set up?
Reach out to your Account Manager or have your Physician/Non-Physician Practitioner go to www.tridentconnect.com and request access.
